BIBLE VACHAN APP TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the Bible Vachan mobile application ("App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms.
About the App
Bible Vachan is a free English-Hindi application provided by East38 ("we," "us," or "our"). The App does not require account creation and operates without collecting, storing, or sharing any user data.
Payments and Billing
Bible Vachan is completely free to use. There are no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or any fees associated with using this App. We do not process any payments or billing.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
No Data Collection
We do not collect, store, or process any personal information or user data through this App. We do not share any data with third parties.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You must not:

Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

Attempt to interfere with the App's functionality or security

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property rights in the App remain the exclusive property of East38. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the App without our express written permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, East38 shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. You use the App entirely at your own risk.
Third-Party Services
If the Mobile Application integrates or links to third-party services (such as maps, analytics, advertisements, etc.), you acknowledge and agree that your use of such services is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective third parties. East38 does not control these third-party services and is not responsible for their performance, functionality, or availability. Any issues or disputes arising from your use of third-party services must be addressed with the respective provider of those services, and East38 will not be liable for any damages or losses caused by third-party services.
Privacy and Data Handling
Our privacy policy, which sets out how we will use your information, can be found here. By using Bible Vachan, you consent to the processing described therein and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate. We process personal information in line with our Privacy Policy and comply with Tennessee Information Protection Act (TIPA), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Data Security
Bible Vachan app does not collect any personal user data.
Dispute Resolution
The formation, interpretation, and performance of this Agreement and any disputes arising out of it shall be governed by the substantive laws of and procedural laws of Tennessee, United States without regard to its rules on conflicts or choice of law and, to the extent applicable, the laws of the United States. The exclusive jurisdiction and venue for actions related to the subject matter hereof shall be the courts located in Tennessee, United States, and you hereby submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. You hereby waive any right to a jury trial in any proceeding arising out of or related to this Agreement. The United Nation Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to this Agreement.
Governing Law and Arbitration
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
The arbitration shall take place in Tennessee, United States, and shall be conducted in the English language. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties.
You agree that any claim you may have arisen out of or related to your relationship with East38 must be filed within one year after such claim arose; otherwise, your claim is permanently barred.
Waiver
If you breach these conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions.
Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account or access to the Mobile Application and Services, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to the breach of this Agreement. Upon termination, your right to use the Mobile Application and Services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Mobile Application and Services. All provisions of this Agreement which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Changes and Amendments
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement, or its terms related to the Mobile Application and Services at any time at our discretion. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page and post a notification in the Mobile Application. We may also provide notice to you in other ways at our discretion, such as through the contact information you have provided.
An updated version of this Agreement will be effective immediately upon the posting of the revised Agreement unless otherwise specified. Your continued use of the Mobile Application and Services after the effective date of the revised Agreement will constitute your consent to these changes.
Acceptance of these Terms
You Acknowledge that you have read this Agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions. By accessing and using the Mobile Application and Services you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement, you are not authorized to access or use the Mobile Application and Services.
