Commission Structure:

30% lifetime recurring commission on all net subscription revenue from users you refer (Applies to both plans: $4.99/month and $49.99/year)

Payouts:

  • Monthly payments via GoMarketMe (reliable, automated system)

  • Minimum threshold: $50 (amounts below roll over to next month)

  • True lifetime model — you earn as long as your referrals stay subscribed

  • Paid only during active, paid subscription periods

  • If a user cancels/churns → commissions pause automatically (no revenue = no payout)

  • If the same user later resubscribes using your original referral link/code → commissions resume for you

  • If the same user returns via a different affiliate link or direct App Store download → no commissions resume for the original referrer

MyMilez Affiliate Program – Full Terms & Conditions

These Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the MyMilez Affiliate Program ("Program") operated by East38 LLC ("we," "us," or "Company"), the developer of the MyMilez mobile app. By applying to join the Program, accessing your affiliate links/codes, or promoting MyMilez, you ("Affiliate," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not participate.

  1. Program Overview:

    • ​The Program allows approved Affiliates to earn commissions by referring users to subscribe to MyMilez (available on the Apple App Store).

    • Referrals are tracked via unique links/codes provided through GoMarketMe.

  2. Eligibility & Approval: 

    • ​You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts.

    • We may approve or reject applications at our sole discretion.

    • We reserve the right to terminate your participation at any time.

  3. Commissions & Payments:

    • Commission Rate: 30% recurring lifetime on net subscription revenue (after refunds, Apple fees, etc.) from Qualified Referrals.

    • Qualified Referral: A new user who subscribes via your tracked link/code and generates paid revenue.

    • Recurring: Paid only on active periods. Pauses on cancel/churn. Resumes if same user resubscribes via your original referral (persistent tracking). No resume if via different affiliate or direct/organic.

    • Payouts: Monthly via GoMarketMe, min $50 threshold, net 30 days.

  4. Promotion Rules & Obligations: 

    • Disclose affiliate status per FTC rules (#ad, etc.).

    • Prohibited: PPC on "MyMilez" keywords, spam, misleading claims, adult/illegal sites, self-referrals.

    • We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate program participants for violations, at any time, without notice.

  5. Intellectual Property & Termination:

    • Use approved assets only.

    • Termination stops future commissions; accrued ones paid if above threshold.

  6. Governing Law: Tennessee law, Nashville courts.

  7. Changes & Contact:

    • Terms may update; continued participation = acceptance.​
